This is my husband and mines favorite place for breakfast. Good food, Friendly staff and the calm and peacefulness is just what a good morning needs. Not to mention that we got married here. Yes we love it that much. The spa is fantastic and just what is needed to rejuvenate yourself. now go visit!!

Took a mini vacation with this resort, my overall experience was amazing! Pools were clean, room was exceptional and the restaurant was so delicious. I would recommend anyone taking this vacation! Bring out your kids or to use as a couples retreat, either way I would love to do a trip like this again!

Don't be misled. The rooms themselves are fine, quite adequate for a motel. The problem is the name and photos imply that there is a hot springs and there is but it is part of another property and you don't have access except with a separate fee which would have cost my wife and I as much as the room did for one night. We chose this location to enjoy the hot springs. Never expected that it didn't include as much. Also, the desk staff had an attitude. Also, we were placed next to the laundry and could hear the dryer running and when we asked to be move we got told we would have to pay for a second night because we had already used the room (we'd been in it for 5 minutes). I really felt like I was not wanted there. Strange.

This place is a joke. Seriously don’t even bother!! I am not just a disgruntled customer. They mislead you and they flat out lie! I knew this was a timeshare. What I did not know is even though we won a mini vacation we could not go because we did not make enough money to stay at their resort. They did not mention any of this when we entered the contest. Right before I made our reservations they just happened to mention there was an income qualification. They are solicitors and nothing more!

I highly suggest not to stay at this "resort", really it is just a hotel, the hot springs ARE NOT included. Even though their website clearly promotes the hot springs and hotel are one company. They charged my card for $1000 for damage to a shower door hinge, which was held together and tied neatly with rubber string as the hinge. Obviously, this was their maintenance crew attempting to fix this, NOT US! We did not take any initiative to contact and report this during our stay, instead the hotel is pointing the finger at us in order to have us pay for their maintenance. Really who would go through the effort in creating a new hinge like this? Of course, the manager is not able to contact back for a few days to discuss this.
