We are visiting MontBleu several times a month, as my husband is a player and we like to ski. We are enjoying their rewards for the players! They are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to the Heavenly resort. Breathtaking views from the room to the lake.It is easy to place room reservation specially if you will be lucky to get straight to the lady named KC. She is professional, fast, listens attentively, solves problems creatively and use tact and diplomacy to achieve win-win outcomes. We enjoy this place and the people, working there.

Great customer service. Clean rooms. Nice showers. We stayed on a Monday night and the room was super affordable. And it's obviously close to everything. Great place to start and end the day.

I'm not a gambler, even though I have dropped a few bucks into the "machines" at Montbleu Resort, Casino & Spa. However, I have been to numerous shows (music events) at the Montbleu Showroom. It's a great indoor venue for music. Practically every seat has a great view. And every show I have attended has been first-rate professional acts. They have bar service in the Showroom, as well as a waiters. And most important: Free Parking. If you are hungry, desire to do some shopping, or just want to hangout at a bar, Montbleu has it all, just beware of the "one-armed bandits".

Great for inexpensive room a reasonable distance from skiing at Heavenly. Indoor pool very large. Great place to hang out. Need to be tolerant of smoke. Even though we had non smoking rooms there was residual odor.

Love the Mont bleu Resort! They have the most generous rewards for their players club members and a decent slot selection! Everybody that works there is very friendly and helpful. We ate at the cafe and the service was great, the food was good and there was no wait. Very conveniently located right in the heart of town and parking is easy to find and close to entrances! We stayed the weekend and our room was comped however the room wasn't very clean. The mirror was dirty, the toilet was dirty, there were smears of stuff on the bathroom walls and the towels smelt like cigarettes. The beds weren't made well and the floor wasn't vacuumed😔. We will stay again as this was the first bad room experience we have had there and have stayed many times!
