The confidence to know that you're vehicle is getting proper maintenance from individuals who are trained and know exactly what they are doing. That is also complimented by the great service agents they have. James Clark, the service agent,always explains the situation to me and goes into details about the maintenance that has been done or that's being recommended to get done. I totally appreciate that.

I would definitely recommend this dealership.  Raymond was great!  Honest and to the point.  This is the first time I've driven away from a dealer without feeling ripped off. I was able to get a good value for my trade and stick to my budget. Plus my new Grand Cherokee is amazing!!

It's always a pleasant experience when I go to Global, and it was no different this time around. Both my sales rep, Antoine, and finance manager, Nestor were exemplary in their professionalism. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and they provided me with cold water. I'd never be tempted to go elsewhere. Thank You.

Went for changing transmission fluid. Most of people are professional, and treated me fairly enough. A higher price but for such sensitive component it worth the peace of mind (usually I go to a mechanic for regular mechanical jobs). The only one thing that I disliked is one lady yelled at me for being at the bay looking for my car. Well, first there was no sign saying that this is a personnel only area or similar, second she was few feet away from me, and she could explain calmly rather than the aggressive tone in her voice. Other than this one indecent the place is nice and people were honest.

Great experience!!! Made buying our car so easy and fun. Jhon, our salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all which made the experience very comfortable. The best part was Nestor in the finance team. He was awesome and got us a great rate. Your the best Nest!!! Thank you so much guys!!! Highly recommend Global Auto Spa, they will exceed your expectations.
