Story

"Welcome to our Downtown Bellevue club in Bellevue, WA. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

The women's shower area in the locker room is never clean in the mornings. They have 5 showers available and there is always only 2 that works. They either do not dispense soap correctly (which you would figure they would notice because they NEVER have to refill the soap), the drains are clogging, or the shower heads don't work! It's suppose to be a gym that's 24 hours because people lead busy lives and need to squeeze in gym time where ever they can. Going in the mornings is the only option for a lot of women and they never make it possible for us to get in and out of there. Why even have the shower stalls if they're not going to maintain them properly??

I've been to two other 24hr fitness places and this one has them beat by a long shot. Clean and friendly environment. Not too many muscle heads. Equipment isn't the newest, but that is what makes this my kind of gym. I love old school. If it's working, why try to improve on it? Simplicity is key to a good work out. Will definitely be quitting my LA membership to join this gym. Ask for Chris with the attoos and piercings. He knows what's up.

It gets busy after 5, but it isn't unbearable. Most people understand everyone is just trying to stay healthy, so things keep moving. Management, training, and front desk staff are very friendly.

I have been with 24 hr since 2007. I love the fact that I can go in any time of the day and night.... LA fitness tried me, I told them to back off. I'm a 24 hr gal.

Dropped into this gym while visiting family in the area. $20 USD for a one-time drop in, which seems steep, but is probably normal for the area. Super friendly front desk staff. Clean, modern, well-lit place. Very small area for stretching / warming up (maybe there are other areas, but I couldn't find them?) But the machines! Oh! The machines! Acres and Acres of weird and wonderful contraptions! Rows and rows of bizarre devices that promise to do all the things. The vast majority are empty / unused. So that's probably great, if that's your thing. If you want to lift weights, you're in line for a handful of dumbbells at a half-dozen benches. If you LOVE getting email, definitely give them your address! I had two waiting for me by the time I got home, and another before the end of that day. It's the gift that keeps giving! You will hear from them and their partners constantly. Sometimes more than once per day. Though I keep clicking the "unsubscribe" button (it is there, hidden in tiny grey font, at the bottom of the email) - - Apparently it can take a number of weeks to get off the list (even though it took only moments to get on it...) Overall, not the worst $20 I've ever spent. Next time I'll give them my Mother's email address. SOMEONE should keep in better contact with her than I do.
