Never enroll their personal trainer program. It’s a trap!!! 

My 1yr contract has almost done, and want to make change on the contract. Not cancel, just change. But their manager Brian just said I did not sign contract here, so can’t make change for me. However, I signed with multiple location, and always did my training  here. According to his suggestion, I did go to my old gym and ask that make change for contact, they told me I DO not train here. So can’t make change!!! It’s a ball to kick back and forth. No way to change personal training contract!!!

I checked with my friend, and they used to modified personal training contract from different location successfully. It’s hard to find and book reservation with Brian, and he just spent 1 minute with me, to ask me to go to another gym. Really bad customer experience!!!

It's that gym where there will loads of newbies that text while on the equipment. Rest packed during the dinner hours. Probably needs a good scrub down, usually smells of B.O. Nut overall, new equipment, nice people and great amenities. Priced much better than Issaquah Fitness.

This place is not clean, I have got 3 times sick there this year. I don’t get sick often, couple of friends told me they are not clean. Beautiful it’s close to my job I did not care but after 3th time getting sick after gym I believe that.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Over crowded , can't ever find a place to park. 
Individual members of their training staff as well as the company should be sued for discrimination

Over-crowed gym that could use a good cleaning AND a lesson in customer service.

The only time to go here and not have to feel rushed when working out at the machines is when they open at 5am. The locker rooms become an elbow-jabbing fest and the showers get so full of hair and these nasty little bugs. Don't even think about coming on a weekend unless you want to drive around looking for parking for 10 minutes and still have to park across the street.

The machines them-self are fairly clean and there are stations to sanitize them. It is more-so the locker rooms, shower, and carpets that can use some deep-cleaning.

Their front-desk workers and even their personal trainers are more rude to me than friendly. I have gotten looks from them of utter disgust when I just enter and leave. I don't get it.

Also- as a pro-tip, make sure when you cancel your membership that they actually cancel it. I went in 3 months ago to cancel (which is way out of my way) after reading you must do this in person. The lady up front canceled everything and took my membership card so I had no access to the gym. Fast forward 3 months and I am still getting charged. Call them and they say 'You never received an email saying it was canceled so you still are a member and we can't give you a refund'. So I have been paying for this gym for 3 months even though I have no card to even get in AND I can't get a refund. That totally makes sense. Horrible horrible customer service.

I recommend staying away and hitting 24-hour fitness. Good luck!
