Great open gym on most Saturday nights for a fun kids activity....only one hour...wish it was longer like 6:30 to 8pm! :D

Just called to inquire about my toddler starting classes there for fun and exercise and "AMY" who claims to be the "club manager" answered.   Amy continually cut me off and immediately started to tell me they have no classes available on Saturdays wihtout allowing me to ask a single question... finlly after minutes of talking at me i had a chance to ask a question and  i asked her "what makes you think i wanted to enroll on a Saturday? she was stumped and her answer was "becuz you are calling me today Saturday!!"
REALLY?? 
I wasn't able to speak and anything i asked was immediately shot down with No that's not how it is!! I found her very rude impolite and sounds to me she doesn't enjoy her job or needs professional training in customer relations and service. 
I will NOT recommend and or attend due to this experience and will let my patients know to reconsider if considering this facility for their young children. I believe children learn more than just activities and fun skills from their coaches and instructors and this is not a good example of "POSOTIVE"
