I was hoping to work out an arrangement with IF for my family for the membership, with a special promotion they have going on in the month of November. Unfortunately, they seemed unwilling to budge, and not accommodate my situation. I was surprised that even when I was willing to pay the full amount, they refused to adjust according for my situation. Sorry, but we are taking our membership elsewhere in the next few days. On a good note, the front desk staff seemed to be nice and friendly

Child Care services and Director made my family and I feel extremely uncomfortable with their discipline methods. I would not recommend this gym and instead would recommend the new Sammamish YMCA

The staff is friendly and the gym is clean. I've been there at different times during the day and there are always machines available to use; no waiting. The only downside is their hours; I wish they were either a 24-hour facility or that they opened earlier than 5 AM. Their weekend hours are a bit inconvenient as well. For the price they charge, I would expect better access. They do have a variety of free classes with membership, but once again, the offering times are not wide-ranged enough for me personally. A few times my membership has been succinctly challenged even when I have swiped my card at check-in. That can be annoying...It's okay. Not terrible.

Other than core gym, nothing worked. Swimming pool is unusable due to limited and less open times.

Glad I found IF. We moved to the area nearly a year ago. I found them responsive to my comments/ opinions and love walking into the club and welcomed by smiling and friendly staff at the front desk. Staff and instructors are great.
