Convenient place to park. Just around the corner from the Magnificent Mile.

My first time to Chicago in many years. Saw this garage parking on the weekend highlighting $12 parking all day Saturday and Sunday.  It wasn't until we got hit with a $39 parking fee when leaving that we fully comprehended the rest of the small print - that the all day weekend rate only applies if you leave within 2 hours. 

They are not unique in downtown Chicago. Most parking garages seem have similarly deceptive signs. You need to hurry and read and digest the narrow conditions needed for the advertized rate while deciding whether or not to park and get out of the street traffic that is pressuring you from behind..

I have a call in to their office and will update my review based on how they handle my concern. 

Otherwise note, there was no one on duty, but I was able to reach a live person via the ticketing machine. The turns are very tight moving from floor to floor.  Large vehicles may want to avoid it.

This place sucks! Parked over night and paid $88. The sign says early bird entry of $12. Stayed at the embassy and this looks like their self parking garage. Tried to check out in the lobby and that machine didn't work. So the worker at the next building had to come out and tell me to just check out at the gate because the machine doesn't work. When I left the 3 credit card swipers at the gate didn't work so had to figure out how to work $88 worth of cash after Christmas shopping.  Exact change at that too because no change available. Said Grand re opening. They better close down and try again because this place was crap. Do yourself a favor and valet if you stay at the embassy suites at 600 N. state or go somewhere else to park.
