Robert and his team have earned a customer! It's always refreshing to find honest individuals that reflect my personal values. Robert is a person of integrity and straightforwardness. He listened thoughtfully to my complaint and how I wanted it to be resolved. The repair to my vehicle (front brake/rotor replacement and caliper diagnosis) was completed before the agreed upon time and was within what I thought was a reasonable cost for the repair. Robert's shop was my second choice only because I already have a regular mechanic, but due to scheduling conflicts I was forced to go elsewhere. Robert and his team got me in the same day and were willing to go the extra mile to get me out the same day, luckily I did not need them to rush (haste makes waste).

Wow!!!! So happy I found a great mechanic! Honesty and customer service like it was from the olden days where they just take care of you! I've had work done on two of my cars and am so impressed! Thank you Kevin for referring us. My mom even wants to come from Spokane and get her car fixed here. Lol

Always treated with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!  I HIGHLY Recommend them. Fair prices a a great turn around time.

Only place I will take my car and truck. Only place I recommend. They are honest, upfront, and they communicate very well. Every time I do business here they explain the issue, (even take me back and show me) give me all options, and there are never any surprises. They are the absolute best.
