My 16 year old son took his 13 year old Audi with 138,000 miles to get his oil changed. They convinced him that he needed a $100 oil change. They completely took advantage of him. Not to mention the fact that $100 for a synthetic oil change is a rip off. I have a brand new SUV that I take to the dealership where they do a full synthetic oil change and rotate my tires for $72. Please avoid this place at all costs.

They raised the prices, made the cleaning options more confusing. I paid for the inside to be cleaned and they spent maybe 1 minutes vacuuming and then they drove it to the wash bay and the employee barely misted my truck with the pre-treatment to remove the bugs and then he walked right back inside the store. You would think with all the new car washes going up in TC they would reduce the cost and spend more time on the vehicle to make the customer happy. I used to go here all the time and it was great. It's been a year since I came here and now I know why. Another thing is the entrance is always blocked. They need to put up signs that tell people not to block the entrance.

The workers don't very seem happy to be there themselves.. It's a good car wash offering free vacuums
