We were in a bind and needed a couple batteries for a mobility scooter and every place we checked either didn't have them in stock and was way over my mother in laws budget anyway. Tri-Cities Battery had the batteries we needed in stock AND were $32 cheaper than the closest competitor. Tri-Cities Battery was fast, friendly and professional. Great customer service!  Thank you!

Friendly and professional folks. They seem to provide an honest assessment of your electrical system, and check first before just selling you a product or service. I've visited them several times over the years, with a number of different vehicles, and left satisfied each time.

Excellent customer service and worked fast to get me back on the road again. Very nice facility and very pleased with the help I received from staff.  I was given a ride to the mall while I waited for my car to get fixed.  Highly recommend this place and would definitely be back as a return customer.  Keep up the good work Tri-Cities Battery!

I had amazing customer service at Tri City Battery on Clearwater. Jason worked with us to make sure all of our issues were resolved in a timely manner even when I didn't have an appointment. I really appreciated not being pressured into an upgrade from what I originally went in there for.  Thank you for the great service, I will be back!

Bad mechanics. Don't  waste your time or money here. They will do what ever they can to get your car out of their garage and money in their till. They have installed the wrong parts and components on numerous occasions causing repeat issues. The company I work for has a fleet account here, and many others have complained the same as well. SHOP AROUND FOR ANOTHER MECHANIC
