Thus was a great place for a birthday party. The food was great the service was wonderful. A group of six of us weren't to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant allowed us to bring in our own cake and let us borrow a knife to cut the cake. We had the shrimp and grits. We also had the blacken bacon wrapped scallops. Both of these dishes were great. If you have a chance you should definitely give these two dishes a try.

My man and I came here for our anniversary. The food is delicious! However, the prices can be expensive for some dishes. The high school girls in the front who were checking us in were not that friendly. One of them was continuously giving us looks. However, the boy who served us was so sweet that he made up for the inappropriate behavior by that one girl. We were so happy with him that we gave him a $20 tip. When we were leaving the boy came over and shook my mans hand. I would definitely recommend coming here for special occasions.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Raleigh. Great food, great service and a really fun ambiance. They have bands on Friday/Saturday nights. It's a big restaurant. Be prepared for (good) seafood prices (read: this isn't a red lobster).

The staff was courteous and helpful. We went for steamed oysters and the first peck was cooked properly. We ordered another and they cooked them differently the second time and when we sent them back they came back mostly unchanged. I will choose cooking oysters at home over going out next time.

Old school oyster bar and seafood. Get there and expect a wait for the oyster bar. Feels like all of Raliegh comes out and thats a good thing. Live music great for date night. Casual dress. Parking is good but most likely will be at capacity. Price point $$$
