Today we went back into Ruby Tuesday's after they messed up the last time. The manager tells us that he's the key holder to Google and all of them to be able to take away all bad reviews so no one can leave him bad reviews.  I'm willing to challenge that.  So we went into the location a week ago and had a really crappy food and bad service went back in today to get that remedy eat and talk to the manager again they choose not to do anything about their bad food or service.  This Ruby Tuesday's is the manager is very rude disrespectful and doesn't care what his customers think for his food is like as long as he has to get it out.  We saw a couple of his staff sneeze in the food they don't wash their hands they don't have gloves on.  Look like a health department call on this one.  Boycott Ruby Tuesday no problem goodbye.

Haven't been to one of these in a long time. Was impressed by the service and my spot on medium burger. Simple spot to have a quiet meal.

Food and buffet good, service completely ruins the experience. Be ready to fill up your own water and good luck getting a refill of anything. Hot sauce? Biscuits? Missing items in salad bar. Good luck finding help for any of this.... save the stress and go elsewhere.

We visited on a Friday night around 6:30 and the restaurant was mostly full. The host greeted us within a few minutes and showed us to a booth by a window. Our server appeared immediately after and took our drink orders. This was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday and I can't find anything wrong with it. My wife's steak was cooked to order (rare). My burger was also delicious and plentiful and the accompanying fries were nice and crispy. We both had the salad bar and found the vegetables fresh and stocked. The croutons are amazing! The prepared salads were also good, particularly the pesto pasta. They have a variety of appetizing cocktails and the ones we chose (RT Palmer and white wine sangria) were both enjoyable. The price is reasonable with the most expensive items (I believe the rib-eye steak and surf-n-turf) listed at around $20. The value is tremendous, especially if you add the entire salad bar for $2.99 (!) or $1.50 (!!) if you replace one of your sides. It's unfortunate that some people had a bad experience at this location, but hopefully the management is aware and actively trying to improve the staff training. I will definitely go back to Ruby Tuesday if the opportunity presents itself.

The salad bar has plenty of choices and everything is fresh. The entree was well portioned, prepared well, and tasty.  The bar doesn't have a blender; therefore, no frozen drinks. Very disappointed in the number of bars in this area that don't serve frozen drinks.
