5 Guys Transportation has served the Kansas City area since June 2008. Our company was created by - you guessed it - 5 local, hardworking men that saw a need and wanted to do something about it. Through the early trying times, these guys worked long hours from their homes with their 5 vans. They established meaningful relationships with their customers and strived to provide the best service to them. Many of those customers know our company owners by name as they not only took their reservations but they were their drivers also! The first ever customer of 5 Guys Transportation still travels with us today as do many others from those early years. That is what sets us apart -personal, caring, accommodating, appreciative owners & employees.

I booked 5 Guys Transportation to take my family and I to the airport. We booked with a lady and our drivers name was Derek. I'll leave out the specifics, but long story short, we believe the driver was drunk. We reported this to the local police and are waiting to hear back.

I was referred to this company by a family friend. Rest assured, neither of us will be riding with 5 Guys again.

The fact that its not a car pool where they pick up random riders and stick them together is 5 stars enough, but I feel like these drivers in this company cares about the Riders, they take very good care of their vans, their Vans have over a half a million miles on them, they're Vans get washed twice a week, and the interior is nice fresh and clean. They're always on time they're always considerate and they're always very friendly and they always have good conversations and interesting things to say. Best airport shuttle 2 boot as well.

I use the KCI-Topeka shuttle twice a year, every year, but this past weekend was the first time I used Five Guys Transportation. Unlike my prior experience in this regard, the Five Guys people were professional,  efficient, reliable, honest... THE BEST!

THIS PLACE IS JOKE!!!!! RACIST AS THEY COME. I HAD A QUESTION FOR A GUY SITTING AT THE PUMP, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AND DROVE OF ON ME BEFORE EVEN ROLLING THE WINDOW DOWN. HE CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE I WAS BLACK, DREADLOCKS, AND HAD A BEANIE ON MY HEAD. PROBABLY SOUND LIKE YOUR TYPICAL THUG?? BUT IM WELL EDUCATED, ESTABLISHED, AND A FATHER WHO WILL TEACH MY SON ABOUT THE WAY PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT HIM AND DECIDE TO HATE HIM BEFORE EVEN TALKING. ALL WE CAN DO IS PRAY THAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT OLDER MAN AND JEREMY (THE MANAGER)COME TO REALIZE THAT NOT ALL BLACKS ARE BAD PEOPLE LOL

After years of using another service I was pleasantly surprised to find 5 Guys as a result of seeing one of their vehicles on the road. I found every aspect of this family owned business to be reflective of family values. Very fair price, a nice vehicle with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children with lots of luggage and professional yet friendly drivers that were prompt and attentive. I will be happy to call on 5 Guys again in the future. 5 stars all the way, and then some. Thank you 5 Guys!
