Got to witness a ztrip car going literally two times the speed limit this a.m. down I-29 /I-35 towards downtown. license plate was HL8 D(maybe 0)3C. when the speed limit is 55 and 45 don't go flying by everyone at 95+mph when everyone is already going 65ish . also ... use your damn turn signal to merge and change lanes ass hat!

I hate ztrip i use to work for them one day i worked from 8am to 8pm and my outcome was 30.00 after paying the lease fee thats too much and gas that was what ended uo with i would never want to work for them

Worthless taxi company left me and my sick wife to freeze out in could driver called asked us where was our pick up point and where we're going gave him address where we were going said thanks hung up on us then 20 minutes later got a text saying thank you for choosing yellow cab please rate ur driver for one pos never picked us up for two I have his phone number locked in my phone and u shouldn't even be allowed this company enjoy BBB

Long waits for a cab, that's if they even show up. The drivers are extremely rude as well!

This is not a worthy company or app to use constantly cannot ever find/locate a driver leaves me stranded all the time in the kansas city area they own ztrip / yellow cab / 10/10taxi. / sharefare and super shuttle. . so how can I ever get a cab to go anywhere ?? Just plain stupid and bad buissness. !!! Fix something!! I would like to note that when you acctually do finaly find a taxi the taxi drivers are very friendly   and courteous .
