Now thats what you call great service went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range.mark took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend 5 town drive  It was worth the hour drive to get there.mark your amazing

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima. The car was in excellent condition the staff were very polite it was the easy process 123. The staff were trustworthy didn’t rush me into purchasing the vehicle.  The price that was  stated online what’s the exact same price that I paid for the vehicle. Awesome dealership thank you for all your services.

Drove all the way out from NJ late Saturday morning to see a pickup truck I was assured, on the phone by Lucy, was still available.  I get there 40 MINUTES LATER to be told by a salesperson (who didn't bother to introduce himself) after he saw me in my sweats and black skin, that he "sold it last night".  Now either they tried to "bait n switch" me, OR the salesperson profiled me and decided I likely couldn't get approved for a loan, and wasn't worth the trouble.  Either way, they don't deserve my money...nor YOURS! BTW, it would've been a cash deal.

Not only were they clear and cut straight to the chase in their knowledge of used cars (especially for first-timers like myself) they were amiable and relatable through all my concerns and questions. As a driver of over 30 years, it's hard to find a trustworthy dealership but this one hits the nail on the head - selling a variety of cars in excellent condition. And with a staff that is at your service and ready to work with you, it only makes your experience at 5 Towns Drive that much more welcoming. Great place.
