Just bought my certified used Highlander. David was very persistent and helpful.  Been back and forth and probably visited about 10 dealerships in a 25 mile radius and David was the only person willing to negotiate on a certified Highlander.  I understand that it is a very desirable car but no one else would budge on the internet price.  Anyways, been happy with the service and attitude thus far.  Will definitely return.

I had a great experience coming here.  I am relieved to have my gas cap replaced at no cost due to the existing manufacturer warranty in place. Customer service was excellent. Having the option of taking a cab to work instead of loaning a car for a day(cab cost was deducted from bill) is great. Jeffrey M. was very knowledgeable  and thorough when explaining the necessary updates for my car. Paperwork was available quickly and waiting time was not long. I will come here for my usual maintenance for now on.

They were wonderful here.
Bought a 2018 Carney and they got me approved and in and out quickly. 
Got me the exact trim I wanted and gave me a fair price. What more do you want from a dealer?
Loved my experience and would highly recommend anyone wanting a new Toyota to come here!

Was at  this dealership for a new car today with my wife.  We were there for 10 minutes and no one greeted us.  The least they can do was acknowledge our existence and let us know someone will be with us. Clearly their customer service skill sucks since there were plenty of people sitting at the counter and no one bothered with us.  Good sales skill to ignore potential customers.  I will take my business somewhere else and we'll make sure not to buy any cars in the future from all dealerships owned by the same group and we'll also service our vehicles some where else from now on.

Working with these guys isn't about a dealership, it's a PARTNERSHIP—meaning they treat you as a peer and focus on your goals. Top-down, this branch of the Atlantic Automotive Group understands the lifetime value of the customer. Their service dept continuously over-delivers every time I come in.
