You commented on my review...I moved to Va. Last May...your service was below what you say you delivery..I was on Atlantic Ave. Just got back from Jersey so I was at the Amtrak bus stop with my daughter I called said where I was...I describe the hotel that u can see from the bus stop and I was told I had to walk down a few blocks because you didn't pick up where I was...so it's not a paid review...what cab company ask u to walk somewhere so they can pick u up...when I'm with a small child and two suitcases...unprofessional and straight bullcrap...it's been almost a year and u still get 1 star..
Great service, friendly, courteous driver. This owner cares about customers. I called cab 51 on way out of Walmart with lots of bags. The driver told me his ETA also that it was chilly out, so if I wanted I can stay inside so I would not get cold while waiting. He was only 10 min away. Very thoughtful.
Scott is a very dependable daytime cab, he has lived in the area a long time. Great guy, he is busy just him and one cab.
