they take at least a hour just to get a cab to come to u and that's after the second call u will have to make to them. I'm about to start using lyfe like where one else. don't waist ur time.

Yellow cab started off being good, but then the cab drivers for Newport News started being lazy. Then the dispatch I remember in 2014 started off talking really nasty to me. Then I thought to myself like wow .I have to pay 30 dollars for this. Then it dawned on me uber was more convenient, plus there was no worries about me being a black man, having to worry about the cab driver being nerves as to wether I'm going to pay him or not at the end of the cab ride.

I wish I had read the reviews before, I called this poor excuse for a company. IF YOU CAN CALL ANOTHER CAB, I ADVISE YOU TO DO IT. IGNORANT CLASSLESS LOW PAYING UNSKILLED JACKASSES.

Worst service.. Called two hours ahead to schedule Cab for my client to be picked up by 12:20pm.... Called again at 11:50 am to confirm that they are still on schedule, and was told they are in route. Fast forward to 12:45pm still no taxi. My client had to Uber making him late for his meeting. I Called to express my Concern and ask if the taxi was ever In route to begin with, and was hung up on. Worse service ever!! Will not recommend

Dispatchers were rude and apathetic. Just sitting here at the car repair station for more than an hour and still no cab. When I called to ask where my cab was the dispatcher laughed and said they were having troubles this morning. *Update* cab never came. Couldn't recommend the company any less. Would give 0 stars if possible.
