This place needs new management. I would give them zero stars but the drivers themselves were great. Waited in the heat in the terminal parking lot for TWO HOURS before we were allowed to get on a shuttle. They sent a 16 year old girl to supervise loading and unloading, she had NO idea what she was doing and her response to anything was "I'm new". Several people in line (and I use that term loosely, it was chaos) with us and I tried multiple times to call the company but never got anything but a voicemail. It was a lot of bad business decisions. Not worth the money you might be saving by parking here instead of somewhere else. Pick the somewhere else.

I have parked here twice. Once in March 2017 and once in December 2017. Both times I had about the same experience. When I dropped off my car the process was very smooth. I made a reservation ahead of time and they were able to look it up pretty quickly. They unloaded my bags and I parked the car. I didn’t have to wait very long to get onto the shuttle to head to the port. When I returned to the port from the cruise, it was easy to find the overhang where the shuttles pick us up because the drivers did a good job explaining where we were to meet. However, the overhang doesn’t have any signs to say which company picks up there, so other people were lost and that created confusion. There was also a massive gaggle of people and very few shuttles running, so it took a long time to get back to my car. The first time, I was able to get on an earlier shuttle because I drove there by myself and met my family. So, that time, I was only one person getting on the shuttle. The second time, there was a group of four of us and the wait was horrendous. People had already been waiting 45 minutes to an hour and multiple people, including our party called an uber to take them to the parking lot. There was no organization in getting people on the shuttle to get back. Basically, if you push your way to the front you may get on a shuttle or you’ll just have to wait a very long time. I recommend the company set up some kind of queue or line system with ropes so it can be more organized. I would also recommend the company have personnel there manning this queue and directing people into the shuttle. This would make the process a lot more smooth. Also, more shuttles would also speed up the wait time, but the big issue is the unorganized area and process to get on the shuttle and back to your car.

Very convenient. Super friendly. Very helpful when our car alarm went off and drained our battery while we were on our cruise.

We parked here for our cruise and what a great experience it was. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We parked and we were on the first shuttle to the boat at 9:45am. They loaded our bags right up and got us to the port. The return trip after the cruise was hassel free as well. Met them outside the boat in the parking lot, and again, loaded luggage and we were back at our vehicle within 30 minutes of debarkation. Will definately use them again in the future.

When I booked on the website, it clearly states gated and secure parking lot. However, upon arrival, we were sent across the street to an unsecure hotel parking lot. Knowing this, I would have made other reservations. In addition, we waited in line for nearly a half an hour to board a shuttle to take us to the terminal. We waited so long, we missed our assigned “boarding time” for the boat. While the drivers were very friendly, it did not make up for the other issues. I sent an email asking them to give me a call to discuss my displeasure. I gave them more a week to reply before posting and still have received no response.
