I went there to get a pointe shoe fitting and it took a while, which I can understand. You have to get the right shoe or it will be wrong and uncomfortable. But if you tell them something that's bothering you about the shoe they won't listen. My response was "Ok, try pulling it up more." Or "Squeeze and wiggle your foot into it." Which isn't good. The return policy on the pointe shoes is also stupid. You don't get your money back but you get store credit. Which means you can buy anything in the store for the cost of your pointe shoes. Dumb right? In all the store is cute and most of the people are nice, but I strongly recommend going to the store Sandy's more than 5678.

Wonderful service! The lovely lady that helped us was so attentive and kind. We will definitely be going back! This place has many beautiful items to choose from. There are lots of gorgeous tutu's, leotards, dance shoes, bags, bows, and even dance decor & dolls. They have dance wear in all sizes and colors, and they are even able to size your dance shoes so you get just the right fit! Love this place!

No customer service here. Stood by ballet shoes for literally 10 minutes and employees just walked by without saying hello, or be right with you.. Ordered on Amazon.. Don't waste your time, or go when you are the only customer.
