Car was repaired and returned spotless in 3 days. The fact that they had a rental car agency on site was a big help. They even have a auto mechanic shop for general service and repairs. It dont get much better.... Pleasant surprise.

Terrible experience. Mediocre work and bad customer service/ lack of communication. If you care about your car, stay FAR AWAY from this place. I took my vehicle here for body repairs, when I got it back there were still some chips in the paint. 695 Auto Center never communicated with me that this was not being repaired and returned the car to me as if everything had been fixed. Also, there is horrible customer service at this location. When I spoke to the parts manager his exact words were "I don't care what you have to say." He was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. This is absolutely unacceptable to tell a customer. Once they get paid they do not care. If you have an issue about work done on your vehicle, they will find every excuse why it is not covered under the guarantee. Quality of work is mediocre. Will NEVER do business with them again and will be advising everyone to choose another repair shop. If they don't care about customers they simply don't need to be in business.
