My 1st time ever getting my vehicle detailed. ..and it needed it bad. Appreciated the professionalism, respect and patience...I asked many ques.  Customer service means a lot to me. The time it took wasn't bad, three hrs.-ish. I was amazed of how well he cleaned the fabric, and the inside smelled so fresh. I also had the headlights restoration done and they look great.  This is the spot to go to for your car, and I will rec to everyone to check them out.  Very satisfied. 👍👍

Everything is broken. The fragrance is out. Tried to shampoo my car and all of the shampoo machines were broken. Avoid this place at all cost.

Most of the vacuums were broken/vandalized. No pricing on the vacuums so it is impossible to know how many tokens to buy since some of them do wet/dry and some are just dry. Staff was guessing costs. I paid $1 for 1 token and the machine lasted less than 3 minutes. There is no automatic car wash here, just self serve bays and the hand wash.

Friendly staff. Lots of bays available. However,  not all of the options worked. Tire cleaner mode had low pressure and stopped working before I got all tires cleaned. Spot free rinse did not work. Brush was dirty, so using it to scrub my car was almost counter productive. Air dryer was terrible. Would have had better luck using my mouth to blow my car dry.
