It's been a few years since I had this done. I note that first because they could be under new management or something. 
I had a rear window replaced. I gave this place a chance because it was a few dollars cheaper than the major glass places and I like to support the smaller businesses. They left a lot of Black glue putty type stuff all around the edges. I asked about getting it cleaned up and he told me it would come off. I was never able to get it cleaned off.  He acted like I was crazy for asking. Personally I don't think anyone would want their car to look like it had a window replaced. Looks nothing like stock. Really it looks no better than had I replaced it myself. I don't usually give 1 star reviews, but if I can clearly remember the guys attitude and still see the poor workmanship 3 years later, they kind of deserve it.

I have used this business twice and both times have been awful. Most recently, I had window replaced on my vehicle. I was called the day prior and told I would receive a call between 8-9 am. I call them at 9:15 to receive the response "Oh yea, I forgot wil be out between 11-1pm.". At 1:12pm, I called again, they not only didn't know where the installer was but had my wrong number on file despite having called me the day prior AND me correcting the number during my AM call. I missed an entire day of work dealing with this company. They are extremely unorganized and simply unhelpful.
