This is my second time using them and they are fast and do really good work!!

Horrible customer!  Sent the wrong windshield. Rescheduled the appointment.  They sent the wrong windshield again.  They did offer me a complimentary set of wiper blades for my inconvenience of waiting both days.  Once again we rescheduled for the third time and they failed to show.  They called later in the day to apologize for a scheduling issue.  Of course after waiting three different days for them to show I was done.  I believe Safelite is the best, however the Lord Baltimore location in Woodlawn/Baltimore is the worst!

Super fast and great quality job. Had our passenger window smashed in and they were able to repair within two days. Got 95% of glass mess out of the car like it never happened. Friendly staff.

Windscreen glass broke on Thursday afternoon and on Saturday morning a Safelite glass Guru meticulously installed a new windscreen.

Went in for a windshield repair at 4PM, left not even a half an hour later. Very fast service, and very helpful and friendly staff. Charles especially. Thanks.
