ABSURD! Poor Service... LEFT ME STRANDED! I am still shocked that no one has contacted me about my concern. On 3/3/18 I HAD 9 round trip tickets to go from Phila to NYC. Our 9:30AM bus broke down prior and the driver of the 10AM bus told us he was directed to take us to NYC. NOTE: I purchased the tickets in January. The ride was nice and comfortable. The driver was polite. We were in NYC for hours prior to our Broadway show to see Wicked. We shopped in the city for a while, but thankfully we arrived for the show early. I happen to preview my email and saw that the Bolt Bus Company cancelled our return trip supposedly due to weather conditions. Sat, Match 3rd it was clear, sunny, beautiful 50+ degrees in both Phila and NYC. There were not poor weather conditions at all that day! When I called to inquire what I can do and why they would leave us stranded in NYC, I was told I could just take a different bus that day. So clearly it cannot be bc of weather conditions... what a bogus lie! I had 7 children, my friend, and me so there was no way that we could be stranded in NYC w/o a return. I was told that I needed to repurchase tickets for another bus ride home... the 7:15pm bus had seats open. Why would they completely cancel my 8:15pm trip due to weather conditions, but be able to offer me other time frames before and after the originally 8:15pm time? Out of frustration I had to repurchase 9 tickets and was charged higher prices. When I asked why I would be charged higher prices (over $50 more)... I was told bc I was purchasing last minute tickets. Seriously?? I missed the first 30 minutes of the Wicked performance that I paid over $200 per seat bc I had to deal with the negligence of the Bolt Bus Company!. This caused so much unneeded stress. I have been emailing Bolt Bus for a week now and not a single reply. I am completely upset with the whole ordeal.

Great, consistent experience. Shout out to Shawn and Victor for making my switch to an earlier bus (last minute) so easy. It was super easy actually. Those guys are pros and really know how to make things happen for customers!

Complaints here are so trivial. The website clearly states you must arrive at bus 15 min before departure or your seats can be/will be sold. Just get your azz to the bus stop and problem solved. Great clean bus and super courteous drivers.

I will never take this bus again. I purchased two tickets for the Cherry Hill bus to NYC back in August for Saturday Sept 3rd. We had plans in the city and weren't able to get there for them thanks to the bolt bus. Our bus did not have seats for four of us who had tickets. They told us that the next bus would have seats for us and that bus never showed up! Then the next bus did not take us either because the bus driver had no seats left when they told us three times over the phone that we had guaranteed seats! What a joke. Don't tell us that we have guaranteed seats if the next bus driver has no idea what is going on. The best part is that this has happened to me twice before, once to my friend who had to sit on the floor of the bus when we had bought tickets in advance and another time the bus driver made me purchase a second ticket. I thought that I would be fine since I purchased the tickets in advance, but I was wrong. After this experience I will never be taking the bolt bus again. Thanks again for nothing, bolt bus.
