Ordered the Mc Rib after not having it for two years. The bun was completely dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I don’t think I’ll crave a Mc Rib again after that foul experience I had in my mouth. The bun used to be soft and tasty.

This location really knocked it out of the park today. We ordered through the app and selected curbside pickup. Our order came out about 5 minutes later and was hot, delicious and 100% correct. Nice job!Food: 5/5

I don’t understand what part of no cheese do they not understand. My grandson is lactose intolerant and eight out of 10 times. This is what we receive when we ask for no cheese.

I order a happy meal with 4 nuggets to find this at home, I don't know if this is a joke or what but I will never buy there again.

I've learned to go inside to order in ensure my food is fresh, that I don't feel rushed when it comes to checking my bags and making sure my food is the way I ordered it.  I would say the only flaw is you could be the only customer in there waiting in the lobby to order and it takes someone 10 minutes to greet you and take your order.

i know mcd hires just anyone to bring in the revenue but yall really cant read or follow a 5 ingredient picture card provided to you?

The drive thru was very slow so I decided to go in to order.  I used the self checkout and waited almost 30 minutes for 2 hamburgers and a small fry.Food: 3/5

Great service, staff was very polite and brought my food to me while eating in.. you could tell there management did a good job.. fries were perfect and sweet tea was also excellent.. not all McDonald's perform the same. I drive past van dyke to go here cause the service is much better in my opinion.  Parking: Parking lot is huge

Don't expect service with a smile from the young lady who takes the drive thru orders. I visit regularly and no interaction, no smile, no thank you. Managers please return to training basic customer service skills. Customers should not be made to feel like a nuisance.

I went in yesterday on my lunch break and they were cleaning the ice cream machine so it was inoperable. Who thought it'd be a good idea to schedule that during such a busy time of day? So I went today and got a mcflurry but they didn't mix the Oreos at all. The service was quick and the order was accurate which is why they got three stars and not zero but not mixing it at all is ridiculous.
