Poor customer service! I’m always ignored at this store, as I watched several other customers get served their order before me. This happened to me more than once, but their excuse is being “short staffed”. My actual complaint is about not being acknowledged and constantly having to wait longer than others who ordered 5-6 minutes after me to receive my small order. The girl who took my order and made some of the orders never apologized and literally blew me off when I asked for my order just to serve another customer. Plus, I think she over charged me too. I’m never coming to this awful location ever again! They need to train their workers on diversity and how to manage customer service. Stop with the lame excuses!

I get a coffee from here almost everyday.  They do well especially for how busy they get in the morning.   I wouldn't value anyone's opinion that leaves 1 star anyways.  Have a great day!Food: 5/5

What I like about this Starbucks is that it is not one of the drive thru shops which always seem to have a long line. This makes people get out of their car to get a drink which must keep the lines down as it was not too crowded. Staff appeared friendly enough. A/C works. It took longer than I expected to make my drink, and they gave us the wrong bag of food which we had to come back and exchange, but all in all  not a bad experience.

We order here regularly and very rarely is our mobile order wrong or late. Very great service!

Friendly employees. Showed me how to order. My first time. Food was delicious. A little expensive for me. But my needs were taken care of.

Always busy but quick service, if only they had a drive thru.

My coffee was stale and strong this morning lacking the usual consistent Starbucks quality of taste and satisfaction. Only drank half of it before throwing it out; their coffee is normally savored until the last drop. I did however take the biggest dump of my life after so there’s that! I hope the entitled little blonde customer who almost ran into two pedestrians while parking her car is doing well and I hope her coffee was delicious. K bye.

It's a Starbucks you know what you are getting, and they will deliver it as such. Tip well, they have rough days too.Food: 5/5

I Was just here and ordered 4 drinks for friends and I. I specifically asked the female at the register to please make sure they don’t fill the cups with ice first because my last few drinks were mostly ice. She said “don’t worry we don’t do that”.. well I got my drinks and my friends daughter finished a VENTI strawberry açaí drink in speed record. Why? Because There was barely any drink in there! Really ridiculous because I had asked her beforehand to make sure I didn’t have the same problem and she just brushed it off. When a returning customer voices concerns about their last visit you would think the employee would make sure it didn’t happen again instead of brushing it off. Won’t be returning to this location.
