These baristas aren’t trained and argue with you about what you order. I ordered a Macchiato with sugar free syrup, so the associate asks “well where would I put the syrup?” And I was so shocked that he was asking me how to make it, so I answer “in the cup?”, he replied “So you don’t want a macchiato, you want a latte!” Lmao I was so confused that he would tell me what I wanted, I was so annoyed, I told to them forget it and left. No way I was going to pay them to make me a drink they didn’t even know how to prepare without my help. You work there, you should know how to make a macchiato vs a latte and as an avid coffee and espresso drinker, idk what they were trying to pull but I must’ve had a face of someone who doesn’t know coffee but I do. I went straight home and used my 700$ Breville to make it myself at home. Just plain Lazy and rude.

I love going to this Starbucks in Target and I normally get great service here. However, I just ordered a drink here and the barista, Andrew was very rude. I asked for a few customizations to my drink and he rolled his eyes and made snarky comments. I do not appreciate your baristas making their customers feel bad for a few simple drink requests.

I don't know if I order a drink with ice or ice with a drink I am very disappointed

We waited in line with two babies only to find out that they ran out of the flavor of drink that we wanted, and then that they ran out of frappuccinos completely.

Phenomenal place. Need to come.

Morning staff deserves a raise, never fails to impress

They make my ice coffee perfect at this location !
