OMG I can't believe how rude and unhelpful this employee is. There is no available coffee here and when asked kindly if he can make some more, he refused with the excuse of him just cleaning the coffee containers. As Nurses we love coming here for our coffe and snake but coming here to such an unpleasant customer service is very disappointing.

I visited this store during my trip to California.  It’s fully stocked and clean.  Employees are not very friendly except for Micaela, the hispanic lady, she is friendly and chatty. My only complaint is that their restrooms were “out of service” and that the expresso machine wasn’t dispensing any expresso drinks except for Americano coffee. Other than that, Micaela was amazing.

Grabbed drinks for our long drive home. Sadly the employees said there was no restroom available which we were hoping to use for our ride home after purchasing coffees, couldn’t keep there story straight though as one said the two of locally visible bathrooms were out of order, another said they were employees only, and another said they were employees only after a certain time. Kinda rude and unprofessional and very surprised a nationally recognized chain whose existence is known as being a pit stop while traveling would refuse paying customers the ability to facilities clearly physically available.  Thankfully a competitor nearby had more friendly staff and well run facilities up and running nearby.

This 7-11 The employees are very rude what they need to do is to hire someone who speaks English and understand it I'm very upset with this place they took our points and then said we never had the points to redeem so if u all don't mind don't shop there they will screw u all over and take ur points away from u they need new management and new employees asap so be smart and shop somewhere else

The lovely lady at the cashier was super awesome, smiley and helpful.

I wanted to buy a product and the employee did not want me to receive it, my id that this old man is called tun, the employee would like them to take action on the matter since in another 7 they will raise if they accept it.

Came in here at 11pm, the man inside was very nice to me and the store was well kept

I can say that they have a really good team working behind the counter.very generous .and generosity deserves Appreciation. Thank you!

Brand New store.They have all different kinds of coffee.8 different kinds of Sluprees.The soda machine is all new.Has all different kinds of sodas.Huge store size.
