Drink order was poorly made and rushed. One of the staff members came out the restroom and did not wash his hands and I followed him, he proceeded behind the counter to work. Poor cleanliness and service for an upscale community. Will not revisit!!!!!

slow,rude service I order 2 nitro coffees and 1 pike coffe and a short Latino guy with mustache serve my drinks on a rude way splitting my drinks  I told him that I need more cream for my coffee he says he give me a lot already I told him that is at least 2 inches for drink I have 3 drinks and he is giving me less than 2 " he insisted on speak to me on Spanish on so disrespect way I was speaking English might be my skin color because he was treating me like a second rate customer I am a gold customer for many years already and I don't agree that this kind of staff treat me or someone else with my skin color with that disrespect he needs to see that he is not white himself and he just have to do he's  job with respect for the customers

Good location, but the barista service varies from person to person.

The employees at Starbucks are all top-notch and really nice humans in general. But I have no idea why you would choose to go to a Starbucks when you are surrounded by much better local coffee and latte places. Starbucks used to taste good when there wasn’t very much competition. So now relatively their coffee and their lattes are very basic and don’t taste very good.

Question: why ask the size of the drink if you sell a small portion anyway?  Interesting.

The store is currently closed. It has been closed for 3 days now. Still closed 1 week now. Do you guys plan to reopen any time soon?
