Really enjoyed the spinach and mushroom quesadilla. I also had the most delicious and original iced chai tea that was conceptualized and created by Ramsey - it had a cinnamon toast crunch taste to it that was outstanding. Hope it’s something that can be added to the main menu because everyone should try it. Friendly and courteous staff behind the counter added to the overall great experience!!!

I’ve had great experiences here, but I take away one star due to a corporate decision, not because of the store in question. You see, in 2022, the cafe raised its prices on all items. We all know the potential causes of the inflationary actions, but I just want to tell the owners of Dogtown that passing the costs down to the consumer is not fair. You’ll lose those customers on the margins especially since there are a few coffee competitors so close by. I hope you lower your prices back down when the world gets less uncertain. I take away one more star because the coffee here is inconsistent, and I think it’s related to their machine. Maybe if your espresso machine were better maintained, then people would get more coffee here and then you wouldn’t have to raise the prices to try to squeeze out more profit.

Great coffee, great staff.  Curteous, helpful and always professional- Neil, John and Gino. The 6 a.m. shift is the best. Coffee is delicious!!

Avoid! Very long waits and slow service for a very average expensive coffee. Do yourself a favor and walk the few blocks to Demitasse for really excellent coffee and better service.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I love the coffee and smoothies, but they have signs to “skip the line” that actually slow you down. If you order ahead, they will serve everyone in the line before actually tending to your order. This includes anyone new that enters the line  after you place the order. I’m not sure if everyone that work here operates this way, but I’ve had it happen to us twice since staying at the hotel.

One of the very few places that opens early. Really liked their chocolate croissant, one of the best ones. The latte was nicely made. Also courteous and caring staff.

I dont like that its one size for all drinks but over all it was really good.. yummy hot cocoa

Hours are very unreliable. No hours posted. Google says open til 4pm but found them closed at 3. A hotel staff member just came over and was surprised to find them closed. My 2nd failed visit in a row

Don’t advertise that you are open at 6am if you are not.

Love their coffee and burritos! So happy they opened another location. Also the people who work here are so nice and friendly!
