Worst Starbucks on the planet. Unhelpful staff and the nitro machine is broken practically daily. Save yourself the hassle and go to the location up the street. In hindsight I know they are lying the machine works just fine its just tapped the keg and they are too lazy to change it out.

My favorite. Love the sunny outdoor seating. The shop is petit but bright cozy and all staff are friendly and attentive.
Not sure what happened to the morale here but the staff used to be much friendlier. They messed my order up and I had to ask multiple times to have it fixed. I remained kind and said thank you only to exit to inappropriate banter and laughter by the staff. Won’t come again.
Today, I stopped in for my usual morning coffee. It was my first time at the 2200 Colorado location, my usual location Santa Monica & 26th didn't have the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Espresso. I was assisted by Jasmine and I must say she was friendly, thorough and delivered exceptional customer service without me having to ask for a thing She provided a tray for my 2 drinks, stirrer, sticker to cover my hot coffee to make sure it didn't spill, even reached for items with a napkin for sanitary purposes. So much so, that I felt compelled to write a review. My usual interactions with Starbucks Baristas have felt friendly, but transactional, nothing special, no above and beyond. This location and Jasmine set a new bar. Thank you Starbucks 2200 Colorado team!
Usually get breakfast here. The sandwiches are sloppily made compared to many other Starbucks I've gone too but its the closest to my office. Usually gets fairly backed up in the mornings and the drinks have come out quite late and sometimes incorrectly. Most of my usual group has similar issues. The people are usually friendly though, unfortunately just seem disorganized.
One of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Staff simply doesn't care. Why do you work here if you hate your job. Even when i make an online order, this location only, takes 15 Min longer than other locations to get my orders ready. Simply go somewhere else!
The sweetest Starbucks employees ever! I spilled a hot grande green tea and they were so understanding and kind! They checked to see if I was okay and then gave me another tea. Seriously the nicest employees ever.
