After Years of calling around shopping for the cheapest plumber I have pretty much decided to simply call Bell and get the job done right. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I called Bell about getting my outdoor faucet replaced and within hours Todd was ringing my door bell. He was professional and did outstanding work on what turned out to be a challenging job. The final price was actually quite reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. Great staff with no BS. Will definitely use Bell for my next project.

I have used Bell for 25 years - and have always had excellent service. They always stand behind their work! Last week Richard Peterson performed numerous plumbing services for me - he did an excellent job and was great to work with. When I pointed out a couple of things I was having additional problems with he found a way to fix them. Jacob Conley performed HVAC services and also did an excellent job - went out of his way to go back to Bell and pick up additional equipment because I requested a couple of things I hadn't mentioned when I made initial phone call. Thank you Richard and Jacob for outstanding customer service and work performed.

Brian came out on very short notice and provided excellent service with very good value. We had a malfunctioning toilet. He diagnosed the problem right away and explained why some toilets are better than others. The original toilets were lower end models that get worse with time. He gave us a reasonable price for four new TOTO toilets and delivered and installed them the same day. It's been about 6 months and the new toilets are very reliable. 2-8-2018 4 years later, I called Bell Home Solutions because two of our four toilets were having minor problems. This included continuous running & diminished water during a flush. Richard Peterson, from Bell, came out to our house the same day. He was very polite, professional and skilled in finding out what was causing the problems and fixing them promptly. I was very happy with the quick response and the efficiency of the repair process.

We utilized Jim Womack this AM to repair our bathroom stool tank. He arrived on time, was professionally attired and brought all the necessary parts to do the job. We are very pleased with the work that he accomplished and he got our bathroom back in working order quickly. We couldn't ask for better service.

Fantastic Parts Department with employees that are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Much preferred over trying to find something or someone at a Big Box store. I appreciate your recent assistance on a Delta shower handle that had developed a leak. Kudos!
