Not even worth one star, I used to rent from this place hassle free. Went in today to get a car which was reserved and paid for online. they were out of cars and I had uber back to work. Waste of my break and money, now have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back and still have no rental. THANKS FOR NOTHING. When I called customer service they could have cared less. I am truly disappointed and would NEVER suggest someone rent from here. This company (Budget/Avis) has no loyalty to their customers. Negative 5 starts if I could.

Great customer service at this location. Even when the staff is clearly very busy, they stay calm, kind, and professional. Definitely reserve in advance to make sure there is a vehicle available because it seems they book up.

I read many negative reviews about this place. I thought I was about to rent from a horrible place, BUT to my surprise once I walked in, everyone was lively and so polite. These guys are very customer friendly and helped as needed. The whole process and my experience here was excellent. I definitely recommend renting from these guys.

Go to the airport if you want no hassle renting. Made a reservation and when i came to pick up the car the guy said they didnt have any. Yet im in the parking lot right now and i see at least 10-12 cars in the lot that have rental stickers on them . I mean how can you run out of cars ??? I will always use the airport from here on out . Plus their much cheaper than this location . I was gonna oay 191$ fo 2days of rental . Thank you for not renting to me .
