I had a leak around the fascia area of my roof that was running into my kitchen ceiling. Keith came out and gave an estimate that was considerably less than the others I received. He said he was booked two weeks out. I then received a call a few days later saying they would have a crew out at the end of the week. What excellent service expediting the job for me so I didn't incur more damage to my kitchen ceiling.

Was very pleased with the process and the work.  Needed some smaller jobs done and they were great about actually taking on the work vs just focusing on their bigger jobs only.  It did take a while to get scheduled, but even with very cold weather they did the work as promised.  In fact, Keith noticed at the office that the guys took off something they should not have- he informed me the job was not done right and that they would be back the next day to fix it - they had to re-do some of the work they had  done the day before - I would never had known there was an issue - but Keith said it needed to be done right and that his guys would make it right.  I would highly recommend A custom to.  Finally, Renee in the office is a pleasure to work with - she is great!

I am an owner of rental properties, and in the past couple of years, have used A Custom To to re-roof nine of them.  They have been professional and thorough with each and every job, starting and finishing on schedule .
I've been highly pleased with every contact I've had with this company.  With my 40 years of experience in the roofing business , I can say with confidence, the experience with A Custom To, has been nothing but positive in every way.  I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

Keith and his staff have been great people to work with.  Good company.  Good people.  They operate with honesty and integrity.  A quality that seems to be less common nowadays.
