My new windows transformed my living room instantly. The windows look great and now I do not hear the traffic on the street like I did with the old ones. Nice job Will Dorn and Jason on installation and Frank on getting me started.

Addendum to my review. After looking at my windows I noticed a crack in the casing where the nail entered, a tear in my screen and some other issues. I would have expected Weather Tight to work around my schedule since the issue was related to their workmanship. It took about 2 months to get someone out to my house. I am now waiting for the box to be finished then I am sure I will have to adjust my schedule so they can make the repairs. I have been living without blinds on my windows for almost 4 months. With having to pay the final amount upon completion of the initial installation does not leave the consumer with any leverage to get the repairs expedited. On a side note, I received a call from Weather Tight asking if I was in the market for more windows since I was a previous customer. I said I have not even got the first ones fixed.

OUTSTANDING!!  They were prompt, professional, and personable.  Cleaned up after installation.  Pointed out some issues with a few of the windows installed and ordered replacements. (Issues we would never had found).  Worth the cost.  Love these guys.  Especially Jeremy, Sabin and Jason.  Would not hesitate to use them again....

From our initial experience with the sales representative to the completion I rate this company MORE than a 10!!!  
The sales rep, Sam, was very informative and helpful, NEVER PUSHY.  Weekly emails on progress of my order, from production to installation were appreciated.
And our two installation guys, THANK YOU, Patrick & Jesse!!!  They were friendly, Efficient and qualified.  
I told my husband, it's like we added a piece of luxury furniture to our family room, it's THAT BEAUTIFUL.

The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves each day. I'm very impressed with the work these gentlemen did.  My windows look great! It is almost a shame to hang curtains and cover them.

Jeremy and Patrick's crew were great. Friendly, cleaned up.. every day, attention to detail, and kept me informed.  They worked hard and did an outstanding job. The windows look great and already feel more warm. We used to have 70's suburban Glendale original single pane windows with grids and now we just realized we have a yard to see beyond the windows.  Feels like we moved into a new house!
