This a follow up post to my first one several months ago.  After many calls to cardinal, I was finally contacted by them and had my windows installed. I was very pleased with the installation and product. The installers worked hard, were polite, clean, and left no mess.  The windows are a good quality and I am happy with them too. I would actually rate Cardinal 3.5.

Looks like a scam cost me $16,000.  

This is an  update to above statement.  Rebecca Berman (owner) did reach out and refunded our down payment very quickly, 1 day later.  Rebecca has high integrity, and she explained that they have a huge backlog and the rainy spring made their scheduled projects all run late.  So the above statement made is not 100% accurate.  Rebecca really cares about how bad our project went and I do believe she is sincere and will improve their business performance.  Due to Rebecca's integrity,  I would consider going back to Cardinal Homes if I am unable to find a  quality siding installer.  Cardinal Homes did have the best workmanship and that is why I initially went with Cardinal Homes.  Very honest person.

In October 2016 I purchased windows from Cardinal.  I was told they would be in December 14, 2016,  and would be installed by Christmas.  I have received no communication from Cardinal since the middle of December.  I have called them MANY times since the middle of December (my calls always go to a message) and left numerous voice mail messages.   I have never talked with a live person on the phone since then. So on February 6th, I drove to the business and talked to the receptionist.  She said she had received all my messages, and had passed them on to the owner, Dave, and the production manager.  I still have not received any communication from them. I have no idea what is happening with my windows and money.

EXCELLENT!! Fabulous company with stellar sales people. I stopped by their showroom and was floored by the real-life samples I was able to see. Management welcomed me with open arms and talked to me in a way I could understand. I appreciated the patience they showed me with all of my questions. I highly recommend Cardinal Homes LLC for all of your exterior remodeling needs!!

Cardinal just replaced our roof and I couldn't be happier.  Great quality at a very competitive price!
