I had this company replace one of the sections on our manufacturing facility and was extremely happy with the result. They removed the entire roof to the metal and then installed new insulation with a pitch and a thick roofing material that I had done a lot of research on and seems to have a long lasting history. The project turned out better than expected and was completed in an extremely safe manner as I had reinforced to the crew.

Full tear off and partial redecking project on our 28,000 square foot 4 story warehouse was completed without a hitch. The crew decided to use a crane on the removal of the old insulation, roofing materials and decking while other companies were saying they could just throw the materials off the side of the building which did not seem right to me. They installed insulation on the roof under the new roofing material and last year our heat bill was 45% lower than the year prior- better than the roofing company had even told me. I and my father are extremely happy with the results and the roof looks great- it sure looked like a lot of work up there!

I had my commercial roof replaced last year. I won't list ALL the problems; the project took over 10 months. The job was started when there was 8" of snow & ice on the roof. They moved part of it onto an already compromised area, which leaked into my building causing the ceiling to fall in! The rest was thrown over the side of the building, breaking 8 windows, tore phone cables off the building, and damaged both an air conditioner and the loading door. The inexperience of the crew was obvious, there was not any sort of supervisor or person in charge of the project. The office manager tried to help, many times, with all the issues. 2 months (?) later the was finally completed,. Then 8 months of clean up and contractors to fix all the problems. I have a 2nd level that needs a roof, as well as other properties. I will not be using this company ever again.

I had them complete a project for me in 2015 and have had an annual inspection twice already with my maintenance department who said everything looked great. I'm happy to help out with a review and let everyone know what a great job you all did.

Really great staff here, I am really happy with my commercial roofing experiences with them, very detail oriented and technical people at Roofed Right.
