This place is fantastic to deal with from our first call. Danny came out to our house in time and was extremely professional and courteous. We had a lot of questions and issues with a lot of areas on a roof and in our attic and Danny was able to help us with everything. He had wonderful advice and ideas. We even had to call Danny regarding a plumber question with stacks coming out of the roof and Danny was able to help us immediately on the phone. When it came time to things that we needed to get done but we couldn't afford Danny found some alternate ideas. For every job that has to be done on our house we contact three different companies, no one comes close to the professionalism of Infinity. When we asked a different company how they guarantee their work in case it leaks they said "Don't worry it won't leak." When I asked Danny at Infinity what happens if your work leaks he said "We come back and fix it we guarantee it." We are excited to work with this company and get the job started.

We asked for a quote from Infinity Exteriors for a roof replacement. Tom was training Sam. They came in and I wanted them to talk to my husband, as I was busy at my desk at home, after introducing themselves to my husband they walked over to me and offered their names and a handshake. They definitely had my attention at this point. I've worked in Customer Service many years, so when I witness great customer service I pay attention. This was our third quote AND the most impressive. From the beginning to the end, their quote was more thorough than the other quotes and definitely more enthusiastic! I would recommend Tom and Sam with Infinity Exteriors to anybody! Stay tuned for my review after the completion of our new roof! P.S. Tom did a great job training Sam!

This afternoon I met with Nick and Tom from Infinity Roofing as I prepare for a new roof this spring or summer. I wanted to get a jump on this project so I and went to the Home Improvement show where I met and discussed my plans with Nick. They came out 2 days later, inspected my roof, attic and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. They were thorough, informed, articulate and convinced me that they were best suited and qualified to install my new roof. I anticipate my home's new look with the CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingle. Homeowners, I recommend Infinity to you and to your home. David

From start to finish, this company proved itself to be superior. From the person who set up the appointment to the estimator and the crew that did the work, we could not be more pleased. Our new roof is beautiful and was completed in a timely manner. The roofers were very dedicated and hard working. I highly recommend this company!

We just bought our first house a few months ago, and recently had a patch of shingles ripped off in a wind storm. Being first time homeowners and never having dealt with something like this before, we were pretty stressed out to say the least. As soon as Ben arrived, I felt so much better. Ben immediately reassured me that he was going to take care of everything. He was very thorough with his inspection of our roof. He took pictures of the damaged area so that we could see exactly what it looked like and what needed to be repaired. He also checked out the rest of the roof to see if other areas had less-noticeable damage. Ben said that the roofing crews were booked out about 3 weeks, but that he had nothing scheduled that afternoon and would personally come to patch the singles. Talk about great customer service! I am the queen of worrying, so to know that in a matter of hours we would have a completed roof again was such a relief. Amazing, outstanding service!! I cannot say that enough!! Will definitely be recommending Infinity Exteriors to all of our friends!
