Exetremely kind and helpful!! Helped me in and out of each dress. And even had a system to prevent girls from the same school from wearing the same dress!

If you need a prom dress for your girls this is the best place in Spokane, you will find none better. Stop in here the service is top notch, and so is the dresses.

Pretty dresses but no one acknowledged that we were even there, walked around for a while and even made eye contact with one of the workers, still no one helped. I was not happy with the customer service at all.

Had to wait for an hour+ For a room And there were rooms open. Pretty dresses not a convenient store

AMAZING customer service. After having some frustration with a dress I bought, the staff contacted me to make sure it was taken care of. The issue was a simple fix and not the fault of the store. They were very helpful in store as well and the dress selection is great.
