I went to Macy's and the ladies at the MAC cosmetics counter were hip ,sassy and very original. Tabitha and Jessica are ecclectic an assessed my needs with a warm smile an customer service oriented attitude. Not to mention the ink work on these ladies is most definitely one of a kind...Tabitha's to be namely. I'm very happy to see a lady that Macy's hired that is not mainstream cliche as well...the norm. Thank you Macy's for finally hiring some down to earth friendly sales associates. Jessica an Tabitha you guys kick butt!!!

Good selection of clothes and other things. Not highly expensive as they often have some kind of sale going.

Kind of a depressing place. Boring over priced clothes. Staff can be very invasive and will profile some people making it not fun to shop.fitting rooms are tiny with horrible lighting.

Everytime I go, I always get this rude lady with shoulder lenght dark hair at the perfume counters. She never ask me if I need help and when I ask for help she rolls her eyes and seems annoyed. So everytime I go and she is there I wont buy. I think she is just judging me by the way I look, which is what she shouldnt do because Im always buying perfume!!!! She makes me feel bad about myself all the time!!!

I don't like that coupons sent don't work in athletic department where I do most of my shopping.
