Scary place to sell. We took in a bin of kids clothes our son outgrew. They were backed up and told me it's be about 3 days before they give us a quote for what they want. Well we waited and never heard anything for about 5 days and got concerned. Because we hadn't heard from anyone. We called in and they said we needed to come in before they closed otherwise they'd confiscate our bin and all the clothes. They didn't actually say they'd steal our clothing they said they'd "consider it donated". This place gets 2 stars because you can buy some great prices on kids clothes and things. You just wonder how much of the inventory they stole by not notifying people and just taking their stuff. The idea of this company is sound but at current it seems to be set up to acquire unwitting "donations" more than serve as a good consignment store. We still shop here but we don't sell here. They almost stole a whole bin of clothes.

I absolutely love this store. Very nice clothing as well as wonderful customer service. I don't go anywhere else. Thank you once upon a child for making it cheaper to provide clothing for our children!!

Very good prices on onesies and other baby clothes. But every time I've been in the store it's smelled extremely sweet, it's like the taste of fruity jelly beans turned into a concentrated smell.

Good selection, well organized. I don't buy anything new without checking here first. I got a new in box high chair for half of retail and another good deal on an ergo baby carrier. They don't pay much for trade in and don't take anything that isn't in great condition. Given how much stuff people want to sell it is understandable and keeps the quality of their merchandise high. Just don't expect to make a lot of money. They always look at my stuff quickly.

Expensive for used clothing and when looking through clothes you can't really look at them without pulling pants or shirts off the hanger because there so cramped together. The good part of this store is they have an area for kids to play while you shop and friendly staff. I have a car seat for sale and would like to know how much they buy those for?
