I went into the shop to get one of my tuxedo trousers hemmed and the jacket of another suit altered and men I received first class treatment from the manager himself. Unfortunately never got to know his name but a very nice guy. That's what I would refer to as excellent customer service. Thank you

Went in to division store, walked around for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. I understand being busy and the need to wait for help, but good customer service would dictate acknowledging a customer that enters the store and letting them know that someone will be with them as soon as possible.

I've rented here a few times in the past, and every time the wedding was on a Friday or Saturday they wanted the suit back by the next morning. I don't know about you, but most of the time when your in a wedding you're not thinking about returning a suit first thing the next morning. Be careful about the return fees they will stick you with them.

Entering the store my fiancé and I were greeted very quickly by a lady who's name we didn't catch and who we never saw again. She fetched Deanna, who introduced herself to us within the minute and asked what I was looking for. I very quickly informed her that I have no money and she didn't miss a beat, giving me wonderful advice on shoes, pants, and socks. upon checking out with only one pair of socks she was very friendly, despite the sorry commission I gave her, and sent us on our way with a smile. Thanks Deanna, these socks are bomb.

I recently got a new job that required me to wear business casual and office casual (slightly more casual than business casual). Anyways, I wanted to add to my wardrobe for it. I looked at some clothing at other stores and they didn't seem to fit me right around the chest (I am 6'2 with athletic build and long arms). I just wanted to write a review because not only did I get great quality clothing with an excellent fit, and good pricing (note: I got my clothes at a better than usual rate because of a sale they happened to be having), but I got amazing service. I was approached and helped by Tom. Tom spent roughly 2.5 hours listening to my requests and opinions and made shopping and trying on clothes a breeze and even fun. Instead of sweating and feeling miserable like most shopping does to a guy, I felt like a bit of a rock-star. I hands down recommend this Men's Wearhouse, especially if you are able to receive service from Tom. This man is super helpful, patient, and friendly. Tom had a real eye for detail. You could not ask for better service; I can't recommend the products/service enough. You may pay a little more for a belt or pair of shoes, but by going here you know you are getting great quality for the money and not some cheap leather (etc) that lasts only a few wears.
