I have never tried buckle jeans and I am in shock how well they fit me! I have a hard finding jeans that fit my body type but out of the 15 pairs of jeans I tried one fit snug. All of the associates were friendly and kind.

If I had the option to give zero stars I definitely would, I received the worst service today from the manger Scott Miller and sales employee Lizzy Haskell. I was looked down upon because of the way I was dressed, Scott then continued to pull the jeans out of my hands and told me that they were a bit pricy.. not to mention he also dropped my phone I set on the shelf while I looked at the shirts purposely. Lizzy followed me throughout the entire store and when I asked her why she was following me she simply told me “uh it’s because we’re suppose to help our costumers” to which I replied “well you’re not even helping me, you haven’t asked me if I need anything” she then walked away and went to tell the manger Scott what was going on, so I expected Scott to offer me some assistance but instead he came at me with a very nasty attitude. Horrible costumer service! I don’t recommend this store to anyone. By far the worst service I have had at any Buckle!

My favorite location!! Love the staff here!! Go see Shannon and let her hook you up with some cute clothes! All honesty I've never loved a buckle location more! :)

I went in last friday and was treated fairly well. The manager was helping me and although he was pushy he was kind. I bought a shirt that I wore the following day. I washed it and dried it following instructions and the design came off! Just 3 days after purchase! Disappointed I called the store and talked to the manager who had helped me and he was curt and rude. told me there was nothing he could do because the instructions were listed on the shirt. He did not even listen to.me and then went of on a tangent about Woolite?!??! He then proceedes to tell me that I should try Plato's Closet it I wanted to get some of my money back. I have been in to other Buckle stores before and have never been treated so poorly. I called customer service and let them know about my situation and they told me that this was a common occurrence with the tshirt I had bought. Not only did she give me my money back she even offered to replace it. She was so kind. Although I love Buckle I think I will be going to other locations. Don't bother with this one if you don't like being overlooked.

Cute clothes and very nice people but they do pressure you into buying stuff and make you feel bad if you walk in and want to get only one thing. Also miss me jeans are terrible, super expensive and they aren't good quality. Almost all the buttons/accents come off and you have to pay them to fix it after paying over $100 for the jeans. Outrageous. I stopped shopping there.
