Super nice and helpful! I bought a laptop for college in August. About 3 weeks ago I noticed the casing was breaking open by the hinges. I took it in, still under a one year warranty. He looked at it and ordered a new screen for me! I needed the laptop in the meantime so he called when it came in. He said the part that came was not to their standards and they would be ordering a new one. The new part came in the next week, and when I dropped the laptop off again (12:30) he said it would take quite a bit of disassembly to fix. I said I had to be at work at 430 so I would pick up tomorrow. TWO HOURS LATER I get a call and its ready. No charge because of the warranty. It was an awesome, speedy experience!

Always very helpful! I Love dealing with this company for any computer need. we have bought more then 10 computers there over the last few years and they always take great care of us.

It has been years since I needed anything repaired but when my daughters computer fell off a desk and shattered the screen (a MacBook) these guys were fantastic. I really can't recommend them enough...it is rare to feel like someone who is 'into computers' really cares about the people they are helping, but the entire expirience at Cardinal Computers was top notch. I would go back in a heart beat if I needed anything and I don't hesitate to send people their way anytime someone needs a repair or service. My only disappointment with the situation is that I waited this long to write them a glowing review. Stellar service, great staff, timely to their estimate, professional and kind.

can't say how their work is because noone answered the phone on Saturday morning when they're supposed to be open till 2pm. I found someone else who fixed my computer on Sunday.
