I do not know as even today ,what was wrong,but ,we had to call someone here almost every 2 weeks to a month... Every time they had to come anything we had recorded was deleted . I can't by Good Faith recommend Dish at all.

They were able to install DISH at my house and get the dish where I wanted it with great reception.  I had tried someone else who wanted to put the dish in my front yard.  They also put a theater room in my neighbor's house that is beautiful.
