Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend calling here..... I was lied to about their services and hung up on by a man and a women when I was trying to get an explanation, they still took the service fees for my elderly grandparents..I was also told “they didn’t want my business”

I called Mr Rooter to trouble shoot and fix a not working deep well submersible pump, after i replaced the pressure tank. I was informed of the fee for checking and if required give me a proposal. The tech showed up on time and checked the old and new pressure tanks, power supply etc and said the pump was shot and needed replacement and gave a quote of over 3K and explained membership options and left. No answer for a full day about enquiry. 
I called another company and they showed up and identified that the issue was only a wrong electrical connection I made (connected 120 instead of 240). It took few minutes to connect properly and pump started. Working normally. 
I am not sure if the tech could not trouble shoot this simple issue or was only trying to sell me a very expensive solution. 
Overall I will not trust a company that either only sells or relies on low skilled techs. I will not recommend this company. 
There are few honest service technicians out there. All the best.

They came promptly and fixed the problem of no draining in pipe. Clean job. A bit pushy with optional services like camera inspection and biodegradable compounds when they know it is not necessary in my case specific scenario.

Living in an older home now. Here a few weeks and the sinks stopped working. Called in and within 45 minutes Shaun was here. Very friendly and professional. Assesed what was going on and had it fixed in a few hours. Very clean worker...no mess at all. Got me on a maintenance program for my system and is coming back to do a inspection. Looking forward to it. Better to know how it all works than to be up to your knees in water!

We called Mr. Rooter originally because we had a $50 off coupon and figured why not. We were given an appointment time and date for our issue that needed fixing before winter set in. When the date arrived, we received a call saying they were running late because of another job but would be there within a couple hours. Unfortunately they were stuck at this other job for longer than they thought so they called us to reschedule. At first we were frustrated but as the old saying goes, stuff happens. The customer service was unbelievable. They were so apologetic and wanted to make it up to us for wasting our time. We booked another appointment for the following week, and they said they would even take off the (usually) mandatory base cost of just coming out to look at our issue. When our next appointment time came, they were so quick to get started and informed us about everything they were doing as they were doing it. They were very knowledgeable plumbers and we were quite impressed. After the job was completed, they asked if we had any questions and answered them all. They even went above and beyond and tested our water and checked our water softener for no extra cost. Upon realizing our water was much harder than it should be, they offered a quick fix and said they'd be by in a couple of weeks to see if there were any changes, again for no extra cost.

100% amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed. I would use them again and again.
