I came to get nails done was told 20 minutes, however this quickly turned into an hour.  In fact, I was about to leave when they called me finally.  My friend who had went with me already had her nails completed, so we didn't even get to enjoy the process together.  The guy was very rude, and didn't seem to care about people waiting.  He never apologize. In fact once I sat down to get mine done he said "Only a few people get acrylics" (very sarcastically). Like I was just supposed to assume, I would have to wait over an hour.  The whole time he was answering the phone, and his process seemed very rushed.  In fact not even 24 hours later, and my thumb nail is starting to chip.  Terrible quality, rude service, and will never go back again.  The only good note is the price for a full set is only $20.

Been coming here since 2009. Never had a bad experience Ann and Lucky both know me and my daughter (who has been their costumer since 2012) so well as soon as we come in they get started in us. Ann and Lucky know that I don't like anyone else touching me or my daughter but them and they respect it. Must say BEST NAIL SALON

Just left ANails and I've never been so disrespected in my life. The first time I went there I had a great experience. This time I almost went to jail! The lady that wax my eyebrows mess them completely up. When I told her that I was unsatified she redid them but they were still messy and uneven. When I told her again I was unsatisfied she started going off on me. Claiming that I just did not want to pay her and that I was being a baby. Oh I'm sorry that you don't know how to do your job!! Long story short I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Horrible experience!! I walked in when they opened and only one person was working.One customer was sleep waiting for Ann, the owner, to do her eyebrows. Ann and her husband didn't waltz in until 10:28. At this point the customer was leaving because she was pissed the man working let her sleep when she had to be at a funeral at 11. She ended up coming back in, but then the customer who wanted a mani/pedi ended up leaving because he was waiting for Ann too. He walked in right after me at 10:02. Meanwhile during my pedicure that lasted almost an hour... The tech was video calling someone so I asked if I was being recorded on his phone. I asked him why he had me on video and he turned it off. At that point no one was on the phone. Very creepy!!! Then I was asked if I wanted Ann to do my nails, I said yes. So I waited for her to finish a fill. Then I hear the tech who did my pedi tell the lady waiting in the pedi tub that Ann would do her pedi. So I was confused because I was there first and I told them I wanted Ann to do my nails. When I asked Ann told me a lady was coming to do my nails. I was not pleased with the customer service at all. They don't know how to run a business. Less than twoo hours open, three customers walked out due to low grade customer service. Good luck!

Live coming here. People treat you like family are always friendly. I come to get my nails feet and eyelashes done and have never once been dissatisfied with anything. This I'd the only place I trust to keep me looking 💯💯💯
