I purchased, a product for the first time, online from this establishment, and to my mistake didn't read the fine print. Unfortunately I purchased a shoe that was a limited edition, it was suppose to a Christmas present for my brother and, purchased the wrong size. I tried calling the store several different times and no answer, a fax machine would pickup. I decide to contact them via email and received a rude response to my inquiry. I am someone who works in customer service and I have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Nice store and good service, but we came in looking for sneakers advertised by the store's social media account that day, come to find out the sneakers had already been sold out days before.

Pretty good sneaker shop first time coming here. Staffs were nice and friendly. Not a huge sneaker selection but pretty good shoes on display. They sell clothing also. Overall great place for all your sneaker needs.

Used to be a frequent customer here when I worked nearby despite their lack of customer service. On several occasions I was given the run around about orders that I placed when I've driven there to pick them up. My last trip there involved calling to confirm my size and after driving an hour to the store they closed two hours early even though they were still in the store b.s. ing. Do yourself a favor and find a different store before wasting a trip there. There are plenty of stores that have the same accounts they do that will gladly accept your money.
